A small family fishing resort nestled on a quiet bay of beautiful Big Sand Lake,          located in the  Chippewa National Forest of Northern Minnesota.

                            Regular weekly Check-In is Saturday after 9 am, Check-Out the following Friday before 11 am.
                            For other than a regular weekly stay, Check-In is after 3 pm and Check-Out before 11 am.

                            Extra persons over base rate are $18/night, $90/week. Holiday weekends require a 3-night stay.  Special
                            2-Person Rate applies only for cabins #2 & #5 in our Off Peak Season.  Credit card needed at time of reservation,
                            however the above-posted Rates reflect a Cash Discount. If paying by credit card, add 3% onto your invoice. We
                            accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover. Rates do not include MN sales tax. The balance of your lodging charge is
                            due upon arrival.  No refunds for early departures.

                            Cabin #6 is NON-SMOKING; All cabins have buckets outside for cigarette butts and we appreciate your efforts
                            to smoke outside.
d                          Dock space for one boat is provided with a cabin rental.  Use of a resort boat is free with the rental of one of our motors.
c                          Cabin parking for one vehicle per bedroom, and one trailer per cabin.

                            DEPOSITS:  50% of the cabin rent must be received within 8 days of a phone or email reservation.  Groups reserving
                            more than two cabins are required to pay the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

                            CANCELLATIONS:  Deposits will be refunded once the created vacancy(s) is filled less a $50 administration fee per
                            unit reserved. Payment in full for the entire length of stay reserved is required for cancellations within 45 days of your arrival. 

                            VISITOR POLICY: State law requires that all guests and visitors register at the office.  Visitors include infants,
                            children or adults visiting for part of, or all day.   Please notify us when making your reservation of the approximate
                            number of guests and/or visitors you may have.  Visitors staying past 10:00 p.m. will be considered overnight guests
                            and will be assessed an extra person charge. You are responsible for all visitor/guest charges.   We reserve the
                            right to limit the number of people in each unit. 
 
                            PET POLICY: Pets must be leashed, supervised, and immediately cleaned up after. Do not leave pets unattended and
                            keep them off furniture. Pet kennels are preferred. Excessive barking will not be tolerated.  You are responsible for any
                            damage caused by your pet. Leave aggressive breeds at home. No pets belonging to day visitors are allowed.  
                                                                                        NO MORE THAN TWO PETS PER CABIN.
